You must have the following eligibility and qualities at the time of filling out the ‘Business Zone Seat Reservation & Membership Application Form’ and applying to reserve the seat.

1) Your age must be a minimum of 20 years.

2) Your minimum educational qualification must be 10+2 or above.

3) High Patience, strong determination, high dedication, strong willpower and high confidence are the basic keys to the success of the business, you must have.

4) You must be a strong decision-maker. You must have a self-decision-making ability to make firm and final decisions. You must be so confident in your final decisions that no one from your friends, family, relatives, or colleagues can manipulate your decision. Their opinions, ideas, views, or suggestions must not spoil your mind to make you change your decisions or make you feel regret for your decisions. You must have the quality and the ability to believe in yourself and your decisions first. You must have the ability to listen to the voice of your inner soul.

You must consider their opinions, ideas, views, or suggestions to take a final decision, but you must not entertain others’ opinions and let them manipulate your decisions or change your mind with their opinions. People, who don’t have the ability to change their lives will never let you do it, as they always want you as a companion with them in their failure zone. Once they understand that they cannot do something impossible for them, they will surely not let you do it. They will surely try to stop your progress too by not letting you do it.

5) You must have businessman courage to think out of the box and make harsh decisions.

6) You must have a fighting spirit to accept any impossible and difficult challenges. You should never have excuses but plans and strategies to find the way to achieve success. It is said that ‘The one, who really wants to do something, will find the way, But if he really wants to do nothing will find the excuses.

7) You must have the risk-taking attitude to take the highest risk on your investment that may occur on the next day of the investment in the business. You should never be a chicken hearted person but a person with lion courage.

8) You must have a very strong mentality to deal with high business risk and critical business challenges while running the business successfully.

9) You must be mature enough with a good sense of doing business and have at least basic knowledge about the operating and functioning of business firms.

10) You must be a person with good etiquette, good manners, disciplined, decent, well-cultured, sophisticated and educated.

11) You must be obedient and must bide by all  the disciplines, protocols, guidelines and instructions, company policies, code of conducts, secrecy policy, working and executing system, rules, regulations, terms and conditions…etc. of the business club.

12) You must be ready to follow the system of the business club to achieve remarkable success in minimum time with minimum effort, minimum energy and minimum resources.

13) As this club is only meant for people who have been job goers and in the service sectors for a long time, you must not have or own any business of any kind, small or large. You must not be associated with any business and must not be sharing any profit from any firm, directly or indirectly.

14) You must possess an entrepreneurial attitude with a positive outlook, necessary business skills, businessman qualities, entrepreneurial skills, and all other qualities, skills and abilities that every businessman or entrepreneur must possess for success in the business.

15) You must possess good salesmanship qualities with a very positive outlook and never say die philosophy like other successful businessmen and entrepreneurs have. Successful businessmen and entrepreneurs are always good salesmen. They are ready with all their plans and strategies in mind to be able to achieve set targets of business in a given period of time. Hence, you must also have good salesmanship qualities and be ready with all plans and strategies to be able to achieve set targets of business in a given period. The business is all about the activity of selling products and services of the organization; hence, if there is no sale, there is no business and if there is no business, there is no businessman.

For example, if a ‘Sandwich’ vendor wants to purchase a bike worth Rs. 1,00,000/- at the end of the month, he sets a target of doing business of worth Rs. 3,350/- per day for the next 30 days. He sets a target of selling around 35 ‘Premium’ sandwiches daily, whereas he gets a profit of Rs. 100/- on every ‘Premium’ sandwich of Rs. 300/- each. He must be ready with the plan and strategy accordingly to sell 35 ‘Premium’ sandwiches daily for Rs. 300/- each. He should not be making excuses that there is high competition in the market as are other many vendors beside me in the market who are selling sandwiches OR there is not enough crowd in the market around him to sell 35 ‘Premium’ sandwiches daily; rather, he must prepare a plan to attract customers towards him. He should not be giving excuses that ‘it is OK to say that 35 ‘Premium’ sandwiches must be sold daily but in case if not, then what?, would I be able to purchase a bike or not?? …etc’.

To become a good businessman, you must develop good salesmanship qualities. If you don’t have good salesmanship qualities and have lots of excuses, then you can never become a good salesman, successful businessman or entrepreneur; rather, you must continue with the slavery in your job and keep yourself suffering for a lifetime.

16)  If you select the option of owning the existing business, then you must be ready to work with any business firm from any business sector or field by just looking at the future opportunities, profits, and achievements that the business is going to achieve. You must not be selective or choosy while choosing a business opportunity. You must consider commercial growth and organizational success when choosing a business.

17) You must be ready to allocate sufficient time and effort for your business. It means at least 2–3 hours a day, or 14–21 hours once or twice a week, you must allocate as per your role and responsibilities in the business.

18) You must have the ability to work at the grassroots level of the organization. You must be courageous enough to accept the challenge of working in fields, as and when needed.

19) You must take aggressive participation in case any kind of market research, survey, analysis or campaigning program is conducted by the business club.

20) You must have good reading habits and a learning attitude. You must be ready to go through various training and information sessions conducted by the business club. You must develop reading habits to keep yourself positive and motivated.

21) It is said that “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard”. Hence, you must be ready for hard work and high efforts with a very positive outlook and a never say die philosophy.

22) You must be a visionary and be able to see our vision with your eyes. You must have blind faith in the system of the business club that our experts have developed with years of research and study. You must follow all the instructions with a do as directed philosophy and be able to walk blindly on the roadmap designed by the experts of the business club.

All we want is, the candidates must not to use their own minds. They must be ready to walk blindly with strong faith and high confidence, without giving any excuses or Ifs or Buts, on a path or roadmap that is designed by experts in the business club with years of research and study.

Of course, your suggestions, ideas, views, and opinions are most welcome and will be entertained and considered very highly, positively and seriously. We will try to implement your suggestions and opinions if they do not make us get distracted, defocused, lose direction or compromise with our strategies, techniques, methods, and results according to their consequences in the long term.

23) You must have all the required and necessary qualifications, eligibility, entrepreneurial skills-qualities-abilities and attitude, businessman skills-qualities-abilities and attitude, teamwork skills, risk-taking attitude, never-say-die philosophy with a positive outlook, go-getter quality, winning attitude, and mainly, high businessman potential to turn the impossible into possible to make your business successful.

24) You must be a person with high integrity, values, and ethics in life. For us, integrity is a very important and valuable aspect. Honesty, trust, transparency, ethics, and credibility are the pillars of our organization. We strongly believe that every member of our organization must be honest and transparent. We work with extreme transparency in our daily affairs without violating the organizational secrecy clause.

The credibility of our members is the key that makes us sure that all the functioning of the organization is going well, very ethically, genuinely, and transparently. We make sure that no power, rights, or authorities are being used in the wrong way. We make sure that all the working procedures of the core teams and boards are conducted as per the guidelines provided by the organization.

25) You must be very friendly and supportive in nature. You will never find discrimination, partiality, or dirty politics in our organization. You will never find people in our team who are corrupt and have negative minds, and are spreading criticism and negativity. You will never find people in our team who are dishonest, undisciplined, deceptive or defaming others. We never entertain such people at all who can spoil and ruin an organization and restrict its growth by creating hurdles with such kinds of harmful activities.  

You will always find a very friendly and supportive environment and people with a very helping attitude, positive outlook and passionate thoughts in our team. We prefer to select only people with tremendous potential, power, enthusiasm, interest, seriousness, dedication, determination, energy, and passion. We prefer to select responsible people in our team who understand their responsibility and the gravity of the situation in life.

The pure intention of selfless services, clear and transparent communication, deep emotional bonding, special care and respect for each other, high dedication, strong determination, sincere efforts, hard work, the proud feeling of being a responsible and sensible businessman and entrepreneur are characteristics of our teamwork.

26) You must have a passion for professionalism. We believe that ‘professionalism’ is the key and ‘passion’ is the fuel for success, growth, and development. You must be deadly passionate about turning every impossible into possible and be ready to work professionally in all adverse situations and difficult conditions to achieve desired success.

27) You must be away from enviousness or jealousy and must concentrate all your energy and time on your goals without being distracted or defocused. You must never be interested in debates, disputes, arguments, rumours, back-buzzing or gossip. You must be very smart and intelligent and possess abilities and excellence at doing quality work with limited resources and limited facilities in minimum time, energy and effort. You must possess a winning attitude with ‘Out of Box’ thinking. You must find many different ways and innovative, unseen or unbelievable methods to turn the impossible thing into the possible.

28) You must be smart enough to keep yourselves away from negative-minded people who speak negative things, who have negative-flavoured or negative-sense words like no, not, never, non, impossible, unattainable…etc. in their dictionary, and who have lots of IFs and BUTs or impossibilities and negativities in their talks, because you must know that the negative vibes and energy released from the talk of these negative people will also contaminate your positive vibes and energy, which will result in stopping your progress, growth, and development.

29) You must be smart enough to understand how to deal with people who are very toxic or poisonous. You must know how such kinds of people can manipulate your mind easily, tarnish your image or defame you if the selfish purposes of such toxic people are not fulfilled.

30) You must not lose hope or get distracted and discouraged. Rather, you must understand that we are here to do things that have never happened before. It is going to be the first time in the history to happen such things; hence, those things will always be felt or sound impossible to ordinary-minded people.

31) You must be deadly passionate to turn the impossible into the possible. You must be ready to work in every adverse situation and difficult condition because we are here not to work on things that are possible but to do things that are unimaginable or next to impossible. You must always remember that ‘Winners are not born in comfort zones, they are made in difficult situation and challenging atmosphere’.

32) You must be aware that none of your acts, conduct, activities or behaviour is harmful to the organisation in any way directly or indirectly. You must not be using data, information, contacts, properties or assets…etc. of the organisation for your selfish purposes or in the benefit of other organisation or people.
